Mobility budget

What is the mobility budget or the travel continuation budget ?

When you can't continue your trip abroad because your car breaks down (or you have an accident), you have a mobility budget. You can find the amount in the General Conditions of your contract.

With this budget we can organise either a return home, or enable you to continue your journey.

We can provide you with a replacement car, a plane ticket, a taxi ride, one or more nights in a hotel, or a combination of these.

It all depends on the situation and your preferences.

If the chosen solution is a rental car, we will take care of arranging the rental using our preferential relationships with rental companies.

Reimbursement

Why was my refund declined?

The refund can be declined due to a couple of reasons: budget is insufficient, ride took place outside of the Mobility Budget period, details in the attached file do not match the filled-in data, the attached file couldn’t be read or the type of ticket attached in the file couldn’t be accepted.

How long will it take for the Expense to be finalised?

It takes a few days for the operator to accept or reject your expense. After that, it takes about 7 days for the money to be deposited in the specified bank account.
