What is the difference between Ordering the ticket and Adding the expense?

Ordering means that it is possible to order, receive and pay for a ticket or a ride inside the Mobility Budget service, whereas Adding the expense means that you can buy a ticket and pay it by yourself. By simply taking a picture of the bought ticket, you can ask for a refund through the app.
