How to cancel an annual travel insurance contract?

If you wish to cancel your annual travel insurance, you must contact Europ Assistance customer service. Our team will be happy to help you answer any questions you have about cancelling your insurance contract. You can reach our customer service by telephone on +32 (0) 2 743 33 33 or by e-mail at serviceclients@europassistance.com. We are available Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CET. The customer service agent will process your cancellation request and provide you with a confirmation number. Europ Assistance will refund the unused portion of the premium to the policyholder's credit card or bank account. Europ Assistance customers can also cancel their annual travel insurance online or via the app.
