How can I request home assistance digitally?

In the case of home assistance, you must complete the form with all the basic questions. This will automatically open a file with your assistance request. You will then be contacted as soon as possible by one of our assistance agents to help you. You can follow the progress of your request at any time in the 'Your files' section on the home page of the application.
